I'm very interested with NuMoney's debit card but I cant help but wonder if said service have a sound legal basis in Indonesia?
The main focus in Indonesia is that Rupiah should always be the currency for payments, so the debit card should be fine because the crypto stays in the exchange and the cash out is still in Rupiah.
How about the regulation by OJK or BI tho? Don't they have any say in this matters? I'm sorry if I'm asking too much question, I just want to make sure
That is what we got from them. They're creating the regulation for these things but it will come later on, what we have is that. We are working closely with the director of OJK so no worries.
